Here is a picture of our amazing view. It overlooks the Rancho Bernardo Country Club and RB Inn Golf Course with a 360 view of the mountains. I will definitely post before and after pictures when we are all done (hopefully within the next couple of months). Progress has been moving very fast thanks to our "project manager", Derek's Dad. We can't thank him enough for all his help in making our dream home become a reality.

Finally going to be settled!
In May Derek and I were lucky enough to stumble upon an amazing house. We weren't on the house hunt, but when we saw it we immediately saw it's potential (all original 1971 and in pretty bad condition) and we just had to have it. We saw it on a Sunday, the following Monday we had the keys in our hands, and on Tuesday we starting tearing down walls. This is our third remodel in the past 4 years and I swore I'd never do it again, but this opportunity just seemed to good to be true. The past two condos were awesome, but we were just running out of room with Troy, Lucky, and our two bunnies. This is definitely our biggest project. We pretty much tore down every wall in the house and added a bedroom, bathroom, and expanded the kitchen. With the condos we always knew they were just "flips", so we never truly felt at home. We are just so anxious to FINALLY feel settled. We are most excited to be giving Troy (and Lucky) more room to play inside and out and to have a home to make those lasting childhood memories in. We have been very fortunate in real estate despite the current economy and we constantly just feel so lucky for how our life always just seems to fall into place.
